Para Rosewood OO
This instrument is made of a chocolate-brown Brazillian rosewood with a master grade Canadian Engleman Spruce top. The body bindings are black cherry with abalone trim on the top and back stripe. The neck is bound with ivoroid and the face and back of the headstock are veneered with black wallnut burls with a holly veneer under the top veneer. The neck is of figured Honduras mahogany.
The scale length is 25.4 inches and the bridge is a "pyramid" type similar to pre-1932 Martin guitars. The combination of the long scale and light bridge give this instrument clarity over the full range of frequencies.
